LOCAL COUNSEL

I am available to serve as Washington counsel in national litigation, to monitor trials, and in other matters for which local counsel retention is appropriate.  I am experienced in providing local counsel services and my hourly rates are competitive with rates of insurance staff counsel.

While I am happy to take either a primary or secondary role, it is my professional duty to exercise independent judgment and to be actively involved in counseling national counsel and the client on matters of local law and practice.
